Booking centre

The booking centre is located in central Nyköping and is manned day and night. At present we have six traffic coordinators working in the office.

 

When you order a taxi we enter your booking in our computer system. Our traffic coordinator usually asks for your destination so that we can estimate when the taxicab will be free again.

 

You may have a short wait before we can take your call and you will be placed in a queue. The traffic coordinator may be busy directing cars. We aim to get you the taxicab that is nearest to you in order to reduce transport distance and save on the environment.
